Goldenseal & Eyebright both inhibit bacteria and parasites  and are strong antimicrobial agents suited to dealing with bacterial or fungal conjunctivitis; both have anti-inflammatory actions with special affinity for irritations of the eyes. 
German Chamomile is antiallergic, has antiviral agents and very soothing for mild inflammatory conditions. 
Application: Add 5 to 10 drops to a clean cotton swab in the solution and gently wipe eyes from inner to outer corners. 
Do not put drops straight into eyes.
